Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-16
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Bomble (operated by Blini Inc., a Delaware corporation — “Bomble”, “we”, “us”). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Free trial
Every plan starts with a free 3-day trial with full access to your selected tier. No credit card is required to begin the trial, so nothing is charged during it. If you do not subscribe, your account is simply suspended at the end of the trial — there is no charge and nothing to cancel.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown in EUR and may be subject to applicable taxes, which are calculated and displayed at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. When you cancel:
- Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You keep full access until that period ends.
- You are not charged again after cancelling.
- You can export all of your data (CSV and PDF) before access ends.
4. Refunds
We want you to be confident in Bomble:
- 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full.
- Monthly renewals. Because you can cancel any time and we bill only one month in advance, we generally do not refund partial or unused periods after a renewal. If you were charged in error or experienced a serious service failure, email us and we will make it right.
- Duplicate or accidental charges are always refunded in full.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the email address on your account and a brief reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank).
6. Payments & your statement
Our payments and subscriptions are handled by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes the transaction, issues your receipt, and handles applicable taxes. Charges may appear on your bank or card statement as “Paddle” or “PADDLE.NET”. Refunds are processed through Paddle back to your original payment method.
7. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we (via Paddle) will retry over the following few days. If payment remains unsuccessful, your account is suspended. Your data is retained for 30 days after suspension, during which you can reactivate by completing payment, before it is permanently deleted.
