- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Your 3-day trial is completely free and card-free. You only enter payment details when you're ready to continue — and there's no obligation to.
- What counts as a seat?
- A seat is any person who logs in to Bomble — a seamstress, a cutter, a client manager, or yourself. Read-only calendar links shared with clients do not consume a seat.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you pay a prorated amount for the remainder of the month. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the next renewal.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your data is yours. Before cancelling you can export every order, client record, and measurement sheet as a CSV or PDF. We keep your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
